Lerners is excited to announce the further growth of their business law team with a new associate, Andrew Johnson. Andrew has worked as an associate since 2017, and his practice includes working in the areas of franchise law, technology, privacy, and data security.  He has experience serving as privacy officer and assisting clients with commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, franchise agreements, intellectual property licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
