Jonathan maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, and public law. His clients have included government agencies, boards of directors, oil and gas companies, regulated professionals, manufacturers, financial institutions, developers, insurers, and technology companies, among others. Drawing on his varied experience, Jon gets to the bottom of the issues that are important to his clients and uses his strategic thinking, persuasive advocacy, and excellent analytical skills to practically advance their interests inside and outside of the courtroom.
