Josh Koziebrocki is proud to launch his new firm Koziebrocki Law, a law firm focusing on representing regulated professionals with complaints, investigations and discipline proceedings.
Josh works with professionals in difficult and challenging situations involving their license to practice by assisting them when faced with various regulatory and legal issues, including professional negligence, billing and payment (including OHIP), fraud allegations, sexual allegations, hospital privileges, peer assessments, practice inspections, capacity, privacy-related matters, inquests, public inquiries and quality assurance issues.
Koziebrocki Law balances extensive knowledge with strategic advocacy. Josh has represented countless professionals before licensing bodies from the complaint process and investigations through to discipline hearings and has appeared as counsel at numerous regulatory hearings and at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He has a unique appreciation of how professionals are regulated in Canada and frequently lectures on legal topics relevant to professionals.
Prior to starting Koziebrocki Law, Josh was a partner at a leading Bay Street litigation firm. He is also a former Assistant Crown Attorney and has prosecuted a wide array of criminal cases.
