Jamie Litchen Joins Cassels Brock

Jamie Litchen is an associate in the Securities Group at Cassels Brock in Toronto. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Jamie was an articling student at the firm. During her articles she gained valuable corporate and finance experience in the Financial Services, Business and Securities Groups.

Jamie is a graduate of the J.D./M.B.A program at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. During her time at law school, Jamie was an active member of the J.D./M.B.A. Students’ Association, having served as Co-Vice President of Alumni Relations and ultimately as Co-President in her final year. She also volunteered with the Ontario Justice Education Network, facilitating mock trial programs aimed at introducing Newcomer Youth to the Canadian legal system.

Prior to studying law and business, Jamie earned a B.A. (Honours) in Political Science from Western University, where she graduated with distinction and stood on the Dean’s Honour List.
