Rebecca is a labour lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She predominantly represents unionized employers, with a particular focus in the healthcare, municipal, transportation and nuclear sectors. As an experienced litigator, she represents employers in grievance arbitrations, interest arbitrations, labour board proceedings and human rights complaints.

Rebecca is committed to understanding her clients’ business needs and operations. She prides herself on being a trusted advisor and problem-solver for her clients’ human resources and labour relations needs.
