Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Sean Reginio has joined the firm as a labour and employment lawyer in our Toronto office.
Sean provides advice and representation to employers and management in both the private and public sector on a wide-range of labour, employment, and human rights issues, including grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, labour disputes, occupational health and safety, human rights and accommodation, and employment standards.
Sean received his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and completed his articles with Hicks Morley. In law school, Sean served as President of the University of Windsor’s Students’ Law Society and worked at Legal Assistance of Windsor representing low-income clients at various tribunal proceedings. Sean also competed in four moots, including the Warren K. Winkler Class Actions Moot, where the University of Windsor team placed first overall.
