Hicks Morley Welcomes Associate Mari Maimets

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Mari Maimets has joined the firm’s Toronto office as an associate.

Mari advises employers in all areas of employment law including wrongful dismissals, employee terminations and reductions in force, human rights and the duty to accommodate, employment standards, and workplace policies and investigations. She advises clients across multiple industries and she has significant litigation and advocacy experience, having represented clients in proceedings before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and various administrative tribunals.
