Gardiner Roberts LLP (GR) is pleased to welcome Peter Nacsa to the firm. Peter is an associate lawyer in the Commercial Real Estate Group. His practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate financings, acquisitions and dispositions, and he often advises clients on related leasing and corporate/commercial matters. Peter frequently represents institutional borrowers and both senior and subordinate lenders in secured financing transactions ranging from conventional term loans to complex construction loan facilities. He joins us from Bogart Robertson & Chu LLP (BRC) a boutique real estate firm that has recently merged with GR.
