Yael maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. She represents clients in complex, high-stakes matters, including breach of contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, oppression actions, professional negligence, product liability, and regulatory matters. She has advocated for clients before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as before various administrative and regulatory tribunals.
