Fogler, Rubinoff LLP is pleased to announce that Spencer Thompson has joined the firm as an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.

Spencer represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as in high-stakes commercial arbitrations involving multi-party disputes and cross-border issues. He has also acted as amicus curiae, providing independent assistance to the court in matters of public interest and legal complexity.

He is a committed volunteer with pro bono initiatives in the region and actively participates in the legal community through his involvement with the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, Toronto Lawyers Association, and The Advocates’ Society.
