Dutton Brock LLP welcomes Dana Hyeseung Yoon to the Firm

Dana has joined Dutton Brock after practicing insurance defence law as in-house counsel for Canadian insurance companies for nearly five years. She has represented clients at the Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal for Ontario, and on an application for leave to the Supreme Court of Canada. She has also represented clients at private arbitrations as well as at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.

Dana has experience defending a variety of insurance claims including accident benefits, motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, dog owners’ liability, and municipal liability as well as claims involving public entities.
