Lydia is an Associate in the firm’s Toronto office. She maintains a broad corporate and commercial practice with a focus on domestic and cross-border public and private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and corporate governance. She is an ardent advocate for her clients; providing practical legal advice tailored to achieve their unique business goals. Prior to joining the firm, Lydia practiced with the litigation practice group at a leading regional firm and in the transactional practice groups at an international firm. Lydia received her J.D./B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.
