Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Robert Hamilton has joined our Calgary office as an associate in our Business Law Group.

Robert’s practice focuses on general corporate and commercial law, with experience in securities, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. Before joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Robert articled with another national law firm. During this time, Robert gained valuable experience assisting on a wide range of corporate transactions involving both public and private companies and contributed to papers on oil & gas and employment law.
