Mark is a member of our Construction Law Group. As a construction project expert, his practice focuses on providing strategic and practical advice to clients at any stage of a construction project, including where it becomes necessary to engage the dispute resolution process or litigate. From the initial concept and procurement stages, all the way through construction to project completion, Mark advises clients on how to navigate and re-distribute the risks associated with construction. Mark has broad drafting, negotiating, and risk re-allocation experience, having drafted and negotiated construction, master services, engineering, architecture, and consultant agreements for a wide variety of projects throughout Ontario, the rest of Canada, and several other parts of the world.
