In her taxation of investment funds practice, Grace advises both investment funds and their managers and sub-advisers. She has been involved in structuring new investment products, restructurings, acquisitions, and wind-ups of investment funds. She also acts for such clients in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency, including transfer pricing disputes. Grace was recognized in the 2020 edition of The Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory (Investment Funds & Asset Management – Investment Funds – Tax).
In her taxation of executive compensation practice, Grace is involved in all aspects of the design and implementation of tax-effective executive compensation plans for public and private employers.
