Ben’s practice encompasses all aspects of securities and corporate law, with a focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and regulatory compliance. In his corporate finance practice, Ben represents issuers, securities dealers and institutional investors in a wide range of financing transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings and private placements. In his M&A practice, Ben advises on takeover bids, plans of arrangement, reverse takeovers and other business combination transactions.
