He defends municipalities and their employees against claims such as non-repair of roads and sidewalks, negligent design, defamation, property damage, claims pursuant to the Occupiers Liability Act, contractual disputes, motor vehicle accidents, subrogation, and water and infrastructure-related claims.
Further, Jonathan has in-depth experience defending police services, including claims of negligent investigation, malicious prosecution, conspiracy, false arrest, use of force, and breaches of Charter rights.
