Michael Gilburt is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Group and Commercial Leasing Group. Michael’s practice encompasses all aspects of commercial leasing. He has extensive experience with drafting and negotiating commercial leases and all ancillary documentation on behalf of both tenants and landlords in respect of retail, industrial and office properties, as well as providing advice on a broad range of leasing-related issues relating to redevelopments, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, defaults and termination. In his corporate practice, Michael reviews and drafts a wide variety of commercial agreements such as consultant, licensing and service agreements for clients ranging in size from start-ups to global enterprises.
