Lucas J. Kittmer is a member of the firm’s Insurance Litigation Group. Lucas is an experienced and adaptive litigator that is recognized for his pragmatic solutions and strong judgement. Lucas has developed a broad civil litigation practice that includes successful advocacy before all levels of court in Ontario. He specializes in large loss property claims, construction deficiencies, director & officer liability (with an emphasis on condominium boards), and errors & omissions claims against engineers, IT support providers, and others. He also has significant experience handling automobile and personal injury claims, including the defence of municipalities from across Ontario.
