Aly Virani is a member of the firm’s Wills & Estates Group and Family Law Group. His practice focuses on providing solutions to complex personal matters at the intersection of these two distinct areas. Skilled at crafting Wills, Trusts, Marriage Contracts, and Powers of Attorney, Aly also provides guardianship advice and acts on behalf of private clients, charities, Trust companies and the Public Guardian and Trustee. As a litigator, Aly has a track record of success, including a successful appeal at the Court of Appeal in 2018. Aly has developed a unique and varied knowledge of legal issues that lie at the intersection of Estates, Trusts and Family Law, and is an emerging leader in this specialized space.
