Bennett Jones Welcomes Associate Emerson Frostad

Bennett Jones is pleased to welcome Emerson Frostad to our Corporate Department in our Calgary office.

Emerson assists domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate reorganizations and commercial transactions. Emerson has experience acting for public and private companies on share and asset sale transactions, particularly in the energy sector.

Emerson was drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 13th round of the 2003 Major League Baseball draft and played minor league baseball for 10 years. Emerson also represented Canada at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Prior to becoming an associate, Emerson summered and articled with the firm.
