Blaney McMurtry Welcomes New Associate, Carl R. Vondercrone

Carl Vondercrone is a practical and results-orientated insurance defense litigator with over a decade of experience. He represents clients in a broad range of insurance matters, including product liability, occupiers’ liability, personal injury, commercial general liability, professional negligence, and construction deficiencies, among other areas of liability and insurance law.

Carl has built a strong foundation in litigation during his 10 years at a well-regarded firm before joining Blaney’s. He earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2011 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.

Since then, he has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
