Auger Hollingsworth Accident & Injury Lawyers is pleased to announce the addition of Chris Karpacz to its team of personal-injury litigators.

Chris brings a broad and distinctive background to the plaintiff’s side of personal-injury law. A 2010 graduate of Western Law, he was called to the Ontario bar in 2011. After completing his articles at a plaintiff-side boutique firm, Chris spent eight years defending insurers and working in-house at a global insurance company, before transitioning back to the plaintiff side for the past five years.

This unique blend of defence and plaintiff-side experience gives Chris a deep understanding of how insurance companies operate, positioning him to advocate effectively for injured Ontarians.

Chris manages a diverse practice area—motor-vehicle accidents, slip/trip-and-falls, occupiers’ liability, municipal negligence and product liability. He is known for combining a collaborative approach with fierce advocacy, and for appreciating the importance of achieving fair, client-centred outcomes.
