Miller Thomson Welcomes Max Muñoz as Partner

Miller Thomson is proud to welcome Max Muñoz as a Partner in its Commercial Litigation group.

Miller Thomson is pleased to announce Max Muñoz has joined the Firm as Partners in the Toronto office.  He will join the Commercial Litigation group.

Max handles a broad range of litigation matters, including class actions, securities, construction, and product liability, as well as civil and regulatory proceedings involving directors and officers, broker/dealer disputes, and shareholder disputes. He has acted as lead counsel before all levels of court in Ontario and other Canadian jurisdictions, as well as before administrative boards and tribunals, including the Ontario Securities Commission. Max has represented domestic and multinational clients in complex litigation and class action defence across multiple industries.
