Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP is pleased to announce that Hilary Book has joined the firm as a Partner.

Hilary is a respected Toronto trial and appellate lawyer with nearly two decades of experience in commercial litigation. Her practice includes shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence cases (plaintiff-side), fraud and conspiracy claims, and commercial real estate litigation.

Nationally recognized for her excellence, Hilary is listed as “Most Frequently Recommended” for Corporate Commercial Litigation in the Lexpert/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada, and named among the “Top 100 Women in Litigation” by Benchmark Canada. She currently serves as President of The Advocates’ Society.

Hilary joins AGM alongside Associate William McLennan and Law Clerk Chelsea Van Berk, further strengthening the firm’s commercial litigation group.
