Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Ben Contini has become a partner in the Firm. Ben’s practice is focused on labour relations and human rights. He provides strategic advice to provincially and federally regulated employers in all areas of workplace law, including union organizing and certification, workplace disputes and grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, workplace policy development and strategic planning, wrongful dismissal actions and human rights issues. Ben regularly appears before labour arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, Ontario’s Human Rights Tribunal and the Canadian Human Rights Commission. Ben is based out of the Firm’s office in Toronto.
