Pallett Valo Appoints Neeta Sandhu as Partner

Pallett Valo LLP is pleased to announce that Neeta Sandhu has been promoted to partner effective January 1, 2025.

Neeta joined Pallett Valo in 2014 as Student-at-Law after obtaining her J.D. at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. After successfully completing her articles, she was appointed as an associate lawyer in September 2016.

Neeta’s practice is primarily focused on infrastructure and construction law. She represents individuals and businesses, ranging from family-owned businesses to multinational corporations, with a focus on those in the construction industry, including contractors, suppliers, owners and mortgagees.

Her legal advice and representation on a wide variety of construction-related and commercial matters, includes acting for clients in the preservation and enforcement of liens, breach of trust claims, deficiencies, delay, termination and other contract disputes. Neeta regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and assists clients with construction adjudications and alternative dispute resolution. She also provides advice on general issues encountered by those in the construction industry.
