James Pendergast promoted to Senior Managing Associate at R&A Tax Law

Congratulations to James Pendergast on his recent promotion to Senior Managing Associate!

We appreciate how he has contributed to the betterment of Rosen & Associates Tax Law, our culture, our team’s professional developments and our clients’ successes. 

Over the course of James’ journey with R&A, he has held five positions in just a 5 year span. During his tenure, he has been an invaluable member of the R&A team and consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication, leadership, and expertise. His contributions have significantly developed our student program while strengthening our client relationships and achieving unprecedented success. 

His innovative approach and ability to navigate complex challenges, both in and out of the court room,  have been instrumental in fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. 

In his new role, James will continue to strongly & passionately advocate for our clients in the tax arena, while overseeing key managerial initiatives and mentoring junior associates and students alike.
