In House Counsel – Labour Lawyer

Our client, a leading global company, is seeking a labour lawyer to join its collaborative in-house team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience with complex labour and employment law matters including experience appearing before tribunals and regulatory bodies, and advising on all matters related to labour relations including grievance administration, occupational health and safety, workplace investigations, collective agreement interpretation and regulatory matters. This is an exceptional opportunity for a lawyer with strong business acumen and excellent negotiation skills to work as a strategic business partner.
