We serve a wide range of personal and professional clients with interesting issues, including dependant support claims, will challenges, guardianship applications, constructive trust claims, interpretation and enforcement of agreements, estate administration and accounting disputes, and conflicts between trustees. Alternative dispute resolution plays an important role in the field of estate and trust law, giving our lawyers ample opportunities to participate in mediations and negotiations.

We are a collegial and collaborative firm offering our lawyers a high degree of support, independence, and direct client contact. Our firm prides itself on the strategic thinking, organization, and strong written and oral advocacy skills of our lawyers.

We are looking for a lawyer with 5+ years of experience; while knowledge of estate litigation is preferred, it is not required. Our firm operates as a hybrid workplace. Salary is commensurate with experience.
