Opportunity for an Immigration Lawyer

Mathews Dinsdale, Canada’s only coast-to-coast management-side labour and employment law firm, is seeking an immigration lawyer to join us and support our busy and growing national immigration practice. The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience advising employer-side clients on a broad range of immigration law matters. Experience with TFWP and IMP submissions, compliance audits, permanent residence and citizenship applications will be an asset for this role. The preferred candidate will have strong academic qualifications, be thoroughly knowledgeable in Canadian immigration regulations and guidelines, and will have relevant business immigration experience. As a national firm, we are flexible on the office location the successful candidate would work out of.

Salary range dependent on office location and year of call.
