Mastercard Foundation is seeking to add a Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial to its innovative and growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced commercial lawyer to take on a role where you can make an impact and be involved in global projects. The successful candidate will be involved in giving strategic legal advice across commercial, operational, and program matters.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements and a strong understanding of IP and privacy matters. This role will suit an entrepreneurial lawyer with the demonstrated ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally.
