Employment and Litigation Associate (1-3 Years of Call)

Kastner Ko lawyers typically docket up to 1250 hours per year, with a meaningful proportion of pro bono hours included in that total. Position

We are looking for a lawyer with:

• 1-3 years of post-call experience;
• a demonstrated ability in employment law and related litigation;
• experience in the firm’s other areas of practice and in workplace investigations is an asset; and
• a commitment to access to justice.

Compensation

The starting salary range for this position is $116,300 – $127,700, commensurate with experience. Associate lawyers also receive an annual bonus of up to 15% of salary with comprehensive benefits.
