Our client, one of Canada’s largest privately owned real estate firms, is looking for a Real Estate Condo Lawyer to join its growing team in a newly created role. The successful candidate will handle all the residential closings alongside a wonderful team. Reporting to the VP, Legal, you will handle the legal documentation and processes associated with the sale of condominium units and be responsible for managing the legal process related to the sale of the condo units. The ideal candidate will be a confident, proactive, highly detailed oriented team player. This role comes with an incredible work life balance and above market compensation package.
