Our Commercial and Civil Litigation Department provides a wide range of services to our clients, including the conduct of appellate matters, and proceedings – including private arbitrations — related to shareholder and partnership disputes, real property disputes, claims for breaches of contract, injunctions, construction, negligence and commercial torts, defamation, as well as providing general civil and commercial litigation advice to our clients.
