Litigation Associate

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Lawyer to join our Litigation Department. The successful candidate should have experience in Construction Law and Professional Negligence, as well as possessing Insurance Defence expertise in those areas. The ideal candidate will:

Possess excellent drafting and organizational skills;
Have experience with complex motions, drafting pleadings, and discoveries;
Work well in a highly collaborative and professional team setting; and
Have a demonstrated ability to develop and manage client relationships.
