Our client, a leader in the energy industry, is seeking a commercial lawyer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join its in-house team as Senior Counsel.  The ideal candidate will have experience across a variety corporate/commercial law matters, gained from a large firm or in-house environment, including experience drafting and negotiating services and supplier agreements and exposure to procurement matters.
