Fitzrovia is seeking to hire a Legal Counsel with 5+ years’ experience in real estate and/or corporate transactional law (M & A, joint venture, etc.) gained in-house or in a law firm environment, to join its exceptional team. Reporting to Vice President, General Counsel, the Legal Counsel will be involved in all legal aspects of Fitzrovia’s business, with particular emphasis on transactional work, corporate compliance and asset management. The legal department  is poised for growth and this newly created role will be a part of shaping that growth and will receive mentorship on legal matters related to the business. The Legal Counsel will liaise with and instruct external legal and other professional advisors, as well as internal teams within the organization.
