We have a rare opportunity with an immediate opening for an associate to join our busy commercial, regulatory and criminal practice. You will engage in matters involving all aspects of litigation including reporting to clients, examinations for discovery, mediations, arbitrations, trials and appeals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-3 years of relevant litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Exceptional research, drafting, writing and analytical skills along with the ability to conduct complex legal research and develop legal arguments
• Negotiation and advocacy skills
• Proven client service and practice management skills
