BJRC Recruiting has been retained by Dolden, a leading national law firm, to fill a Chief Operating Officer & Head of Finance position. Dolden has recently been named one of Canada’s Top Insurance Defence Litigation Boutiques by Canadian Lawyer Magazine.

Our client is currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer & Head of Finance to join its exceptional team located in either Toronto, Vancouver or Calgary. The Chief Operating Officer & Head of Finance will play an essential role in leading the financial function through the Firm’s expansion into an increasingly global marketplace. Responsibilities of this role also include coordinating the implementation of annual budgeting and planning processes, upgrading monthly financial reporting, reporting on relevant and insightful KPIs, and driving human resources and information technology.

The ideal candidate will have their CPA designation and 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting. The candidate should also possess executive-leadership experience and an operational mindset.
