Romspen is seeking a seasoned commercial real estate and corporate lawyer to join its in-house legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will work closely with, and provide support to, all business groups within the organization, with a primary emphasis on mortgage fundings in Canada and the US involving commercial properties and projects across all asset classes.
