Our growing in-house client is seeking a corporate M&A lawyer with strong commercial awareness to join their dynamic team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with complex M&A transactions and, ideally, exposure to employment law matters and experience providing advice to clients in highly regulated industries. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team that will suit an ambitious self-starter who is agile and adaptable.
