Our client, an innovative company in the infrastructure and construction industries, is seeking a lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join their collegial team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and French and will have experience with P3 and M&A transactions and have excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
