WeirFoulds LLP is pleased to announce that Max Gennis has joined the firm as a Partner in the Construction Law Practice Group. Max has significant experience representing a wide variety of parties in complex lien, contract, trust and delay claims, as well as providing legal advice in all aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects throughout Canada.
Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Max practised as Senior Legal Counsel for a national infrastructure company, where he oversaw all legal matters involved with responding to competitive procurements and closing successful bids, and advised active projects on all relevant legal issues from commencement to completion, including drafting and negotiating agreements, contract management, and dispute resolution.
