Senior Legal Counsel

Our client, a well-known technology driven Toronto-based financial services company, is looking for Senior Legal Counsel (10+ years) to add to its fantastic team. Reporting to the VP, Commercial Services, the Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for supporting the company and its affiliates on a variety of commercial and transactional matters across the multifaceted enterprise. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on various types of commercial contracts and transactions, including relating to all aspects of information technology and procurement (i.e., complex technology and intellectual property licensing, software development, SaaS, PaaS, cloud, outsourcing, professional services, and other commercial agreements).
