Commercial Litigation Associate (3-6 Years Experience)

We are seeking an associate to join our expanding litigation practice group.

You have a solid academic background, excellent work experience, a passion for litigation and a desire to work hard in our fast-paced environment. We offer sophisticated litigation files, top tier clients and an opportunity for independent carriage of files. The commercial and construction litigation group has more than doubled in size over five years and we hope you will grow with us. You will have the support and mentorship of our senior litigation team, but will be expected to be comfortable in court. Construction or administrative litigation experience is an asset, but not required. Loopstra Nixon’s compensation package is competitive with Toronto’s large firms.
