Our client – a small commercial litigation boutique – is looking for an experienced Associate to join its ranks. The incumbent will be a litigation generalist: someone with broad commercial experience (eg. contract disputes, construction, professional negligence, defamation, etc.) and the ability to run/manage files independently. The firm is focused on producing quality work and maintaining a collegial and balanced working environment (billable targets are roughly 1450); the firm mostly operates on a remote basis.
