Our client, Al Busaidy, Mansoor Jamal & Co. (“AMJ”), seeks a senior high-calibre transactional lawyer to join their top-tier Corporate/Commercial team in Oman.

Boasting a leading Corporate/Commercial practice in Oman, AMJ is top-rated by Chambers Global Legal500 and IFLR and includes senior partners ranked as star performer/leading lawyers in the jurisdiction. The team works with high profile international and regional institutions, corporations and government entities as well as Magic/Silver circle firms in the GCC region, on a large-scale, including cross-border and domestic debt capital markets and equity transactions, IPOs, outward and inward-bound M&As as well as routinely advising on corporate compliance, competition and restructuring.

The right candidate will bring 3 to 8 years of law firm experience in a highly regarded corporate commercial practice and be able to demonstrate technical prowess combined with solid communication and client-care skills and a desire to work on international transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate/senior associate who has solid credentials, a sense of adventure and a real interest in exploring international legal opportunities in a fast-developing jurisdiction with sophisticated work and a tight-knit team.
