Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Goodman has joined the Firm as a Partner in our Toronto office. Jeffrey is a commercial employment lawyer, mediator and senior member of the firm’s litigation group. He has acted as strategic advisor to employers on a wide range of work and business-related issues for over 30 years. He is acknowledged as a leader in the insurance, information technology and professional services sectors. Jeffrey specializes in employment, class action, trade secret, shareholder and oppression, commercial and defamation litigation. Jeffrey is regularly retained to act as an expert on Canadian employment and labour law in international and domestic litigation and is quoted on these topics by both the media and the courts. As a regular author and speaker, Jeffrey has presented internationally before organizations and conferences, and he has authored numerous legal texts, papers and articles on a range of employment, human rights and labour law issues.
