Henein Hutchison Congratulates Jennifer Brevorka on her Promotion to Partner
June 9, 2022
Henein Hutchison LLP welcomes Jennifer (Jenny) Brevorka to the firm’s partnership. Jenny maintains a civil and criminal practice that frequently involves representing officials or executives accused of wrongdoing by their employer, prosecutors, or regulators. With her American legal education and practice experience, Jenny is uniquely qualified to advocate for clients in a host of cross-border matters such as commercial arbitrations or the enforcement of foreign judgments.
Prior to joining Henein Hutchison LLP, Jenny served as partner in a Texas trial boutique and successfully defended individuals and corporations in venues across the United States. Jenny’s American litigation experience includes a bench trial before the Delaware Court of Chancery, criminal jury trials involving multiple defendants in state and federal court, federal criminal trials with questions of international law, and arbitrations.
Jenny is a Yale College graduate and a magna cum laude graduate from Duke Law School where the faculty inducted her into the Order of the Coif. After law school Jenny clerked for a federal judge at the United States District Court in Virginia and, later, for a federal judge in Texas on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Jenny is licensed to practice law in Ontario, New York, Florida, and Texas.
Jenny was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020 and called to the North Carolina Bar in 2009.
